What better way to start these weekly newsletters than to guide and educate people in the Apple Ecosystem or the ones who are looking to build theirs. In this new 4 weeks series, we shall avoid going the normal route of just looking at an Apple ecosystem in one direction and try diverse in 3 levels which are:
- PREMIUM APPLE ECOSYSTEM
- STANDARD APPLE ECOSYSTEM
- BUDGET ECOSYSTEM
and lastly a 2022 UPDATED ECOSYSTEM(FROM ONE OF US).
When we talk of premium it’s the ability to go beyond normal which can be guided by the user’s budget or need. We shall look at the most Premium Apple products but from a productivity standpoint.
iPhone
On the iPhone of choice, we shall go for the iPhone 13 Pro/13 Pro Max for a lot of reasons. The main reason will be the PRO name in every series, which means it’s for the selected few who really want or need, plus it’s the most expensive on the list.
For most creator’s storage is very important and the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max are now available up to 1 TB.
The refresh rate is now at 120hz, the fastest ever in any Apple device.
The cinematic feature(tracking single objects while shooting) is what a lot of content creators praise the gadget for, plus the Long lasting battery which holds 2 more hours of charge than their predecessor iPhone 12Pro/12 Pro Max.
MacBook
The MacBook of choice for the Premium Apple user will be the 16 inches MacBook Pro M1 Max which is the most powerful laptop in the world as of today and comes with 10 Core CPU, 32 Core GPU and 16 Core Neural engine and can be upgraded to 64 GB unified memory and 8 TB storage.
This MacBook Pro M1 both 14 inches and 16 inches have brought back the HDMI port, Card Reader and comes with a 140watts Type C adapter.
The power that comes with this MacBook is one out of this world and with the new M1 Ultra Apple silicone chip we hope to get more.
Audio
For almost every person, Audio is an important part of our ecosystem, From earphones, headphones or even portable speakers. Apple has been praised for the Audio capability of their devices from iPhones, MacBook, Earphones, wireless speakers to know the Headphone segment.
AirPods of choice for the Premium Ecosystem would be the AirPods Pro, which has the Noise cancellation feature and Spatial Audio, which is now supported in the Apple Music. The Ear Tips can be changed depending on your fit and can test if they are perfectly in your ears.
Headphones of choice would be definitely the one and only AirPods Max. They are the first Apple Headphones in the market and have taken over from other existing models in the market. They also support noise-canceling, have their caps replaceable, and they have these two control buttons like Apple Watch where you can adjust volume and switch on and off noise cancellation.
For portable speakers the HomePod mini comes in hand with the new Type c cable that can be plugged anywhere, if you get two or more HomePod Minis you can create stereo sound from one device.
Desktop
MacBook Pro is very good when you are traveling but when you have an office or studio a Mac Pro or the latest Mac Studio will be the most suitable for the Premium use and value. The specifications that come with these machines are just insane and out of the norm.
The Mac Pro has been in the market since December 2019 when Apple also released the Pro Display XDR which is a 32 inch 6K display with an Extreme dynamic range.
The Mac Pro 2019 model has the highest specs currently:
