Yes, we do offer both pickup and delivery services for both sales and repairs through trusted riders and Fargo Courier Limited (WellFargo) for outside Nairobi.

All our products are dispatched after Full payment is done since we use third party delivery companies ie  Wells Fargo.

Unfortunately no since a warranty is only applicable where there is a manufacturers warranty.

Yes, we do provide allow payments in instalments through third-party product financing entities like Aspira.

We are a retail outlet and don’t have wholesale services at the moment but with time it’s something on our To Do List.

Our opening hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Saturday and remain closed on Sunday. On holidays we work from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Yes. However, with the exception of a few products that are only purchased on order.
Due to Apple’s policies on privacy and security, we don’t deal with account recovery. However, you can recover a password if you have access to the email that created the Apple ID account.
You can conveniently find all the prices for our products on our website by searching or navigating via the menu at the top. Prices are updated frequently.
