The first year we had the name Pro in an iPhone was 2019 with the iPhone 11 series.
Everybody thought of it as a marketing name but now we can say it’s a more professional phone than the rest in this series.
The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max were announced on 14th September and released on 24th September and are currently available in the Kenyan market, Here is the link to our store prices.
The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max have the same Squared look and Stainless Steel sides as the Last year iPhone 12 Series.
They come in 4 Different colours:

The camera array on the iPhone 13 pro and Pro Max are larger than the previous models.
The series 13 is 12.5 grams heavier than their predecessors. The other physical feature you can note is the smaller Notch on the iPhone 13 pro and 13 Pro Max.
The display has been one of the main focuses to a lot of people nowadays considering we use our high-end phones more like our office gadgets, The New ProMotion Display is the best thing that happened and a scale the Refresh rate from 10Hz-120Hz which makes the phone usage more smoother and can’t experience any delays in operations.
When a new phone comes out battery is very important to every person depending on our different users and how we access the power supply. The new A15 Bionic chip available on the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro max have increased efficiency because it controls how the display uses power.
The Actual battery compared to the Previous models Are iPhone 13 Pro is 11% and the 13 Pro Max is a whooping 18.5% which Apple equated to One and Half hours more of usage on a full charge.
The camera has been one competition every brand has been keen on and as the launches keep happening Apple has been doing Justice to their upgrades. In this year both the 13 Pro and 13 Pro max have the same cameras so no need of getting the bigger Pro because of the camera solely. The biggest improvement has been on the low light where the biggest difference can be noted from the iPhone 12 series.
The ultra-wide camera also got a big upgrade and the Autofocus- Macro photography. This means you can’t see the switch over as you near an object even up to 2cm and you will still have the in-focus shot. This feature is not expected on the first day of unboxing but was available after a single software upgrade.
The Telephoto Lens has been upgraded to 3X zoom from the previous 2.5X zoom on the Previous models.
The Video Quality is way better this time since it uses Sensor-based Stabilization, There is also a new mode for videos called ProRes. Cinematic mode is essentially a Portrait mode but for videos, it Blurs the background of the video the same way we do on the Portrait photos. Cinematic mode is also very good in shifting focus by locking to the biggest face it sees. It also allows you to tap something as you are shooting meaning you can bring different moments on a single shoot.
The iPhone 13 series takes the iPhone to even greater heights whether it is in terms of speed and performance to picture and video quality to outright design and aesthetic, Apple always seems to make drastic improvements on the iPhone each year on every release.
