Method 1
Go to Settings > General and tap About.
Look for the serial number. You might need to scroll down to find the IMEI
To paste this information into Apple registration or support forms, touch and hold the number to copy.

Remove the SIM tray(it should be written on it)

Find it written at the back of the box it came with

Flip your Mac over and find the serial number physically printed on the hardware.

Method 2
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > About This Mac.

Tip: You can also have your Mac speak its serial number.

>Press and hold the Option key, choose Apple menu
> System Information, then choose File

> Speak Serial Number.

• All repairs will be done at the owner’s risk only

• Only at the presentation of the original job card & full payment will the device(s) be released.

• Device(s) should be collected within 7 days after completion of repairs after which a penalty of Ksh.500 per day will be incurred after which the device may be traded to recover the cost without notifying the owner

• Only Specified faults will be repaired.

• No guarantee is given & no returns will be entertained after the assertion that the device has been repaired on pickup.

• I agree to have my device(s) repaired by Apple Center Ke at my own risk.
