Our standard policy is that all sales are final, return and refunds are not typically offered. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- Defective Products Under Manufacturer’s Warranty: If you receive an Apple product that is found to be defective and is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will guide you through the process of contacting the appropriate Apple warranty center for assistance. Alternatively, we may offer to facilitate the return of the defective unit to the warranty center on your behalf.
- Out-of-Stock Items (Online Payments Only): In rare cases where you have made an online payment for a product and it is subsequently discovered that the item is out of stock, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the purchase amount
Refund Process
- Defective Apple Products Under Warranty: We will provide you with the necessary information and assistance to contact the Apple warranty center.
- Out-of-Stock Items for Online Payments: We will initiate the refund process on your behalf.
