When my battery was damaged while in Nairobi I was afraid I would not have a working phone for a week. Fortunately the Apple Center Ke was able to help. I inquired for the service on their website, got a call back, phone was picked up from my location, they updated me during the day on the progress of the fix, they dropped it back the same day with everything working perfectly. As an added benefit, they didn’t charge me for the delivery and pick up and they threw in a discount and screen protector. Best part is it wasn’t a referral, I was going out on a limb.

I stopped by another apple and they told me to leave my phone and they will get back to me in 2 hours. I then came here and told her my screen went black and she looked at my phone and asked if she could remove the screen protector because the screen protector is cracked and it could be affecting my phone sensor. She removed the screen protector and my screen was back on. My cracked screen protector was blocking the sensor on my phone. Cost me 1000 KES for a new screen protector. Would definitely come back.
