I inquired for the service on their website, got a call back, phone was picked up from my location, they updated me during the day on the progress of the fix, they dropped it back the same day with everything working perfectly. As an added benefit, they didn’t charge me for the delivery and pick up and they threw in a discount and screen protector. Best part is it wasn’t a referral, I was going out on a limb.

It’s been my place for a couple of years.. they’ve got legit stuff here.. and repairs don’t take much time.. I had an issue with my Mac and it took them less than 45 minutes and I was sorted.

When my battery was damaged while in Nairobi I was afraid I would not have a working phone for a week. Fortunately the Apple Center Ke was able to help. They replaced the battery, returning my phone to perfect working condition and took only about 15 minutes to do so. Great people, great work and a good, fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Apple Center! They fixed my phone quickly and efficiently, and the staff was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of iPhone repairs.

I stopped by another apple and they told me to leave my phone and they will get back to me in 2 hours. I then came here and told her my screen went black and she looked at my phone and asked if she could remove the screen protector because the screen protector is cracked and it could be affecting my phone sensor. She removed the screen protector and my screen was back on. My cracked screen protector was blocking the sensor on my phone. Cost me 1000 KES for a new screen protector. Would definitely come back.
