Happy new year to all our esteemed customers. We take this opportunity to thank everyone for the continued support and to the new ones we say welcome.2019 has been a good year we have seen the release of great apple products from iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watches and many more gadgets.
All eyes are on the Cupertino company’s 2020 handsets — and for one very good reason. Next year’s iPhones will reportedly be Apple’s first to support 5G Networking. At least one model will support 5G — and possibly all iPhones coming out in 2020 will be able to take advantage of the faster networking standard
Apple discontinued the smaller iPhone SE in September 2018, leaving many iPhone fans complaining about the lack of a small and cheap iPhone handset. There are those who feel even the 4.7in iPhone 8 is too big. It’s no surprise therefore that there are calls for Apple to launch an iPhone SE2, a follow up to the 4in iPhone SE model that was first introduced back in March 2016.
There’s plenty more to come in 2020. An upgrade to the 13-inch MacBook Pro, bringing the same keyboard as its 16-inch sibling, seems a lock. Apple’s roadmap for developers being able to deploy apps on both Mac and iOS will likely get further refinement
There was no iPad Pro refresh in 2019, and rumours suggest a refresh is coming in the first half of 2020.
Apple is said to be planning to introduce an updated iPad Pro with faster Face ID and a rear-facing time-of-flight (ToF) camera system that would allow for 3D models to be captured using the iPad Pro and then edited with the Apple Pencil for an all-new productivity experience.
There’s one more *Pod hopefully coming our way. We expect Apple to update the HomePod – although it’s not really clear what the company could do to improve the speaker, other than make it cheaper.
Every year when the iPhone is refreshed, Apple also introduces a new Apple Watch, and this year, we’re expecting the Apple Watch Series 6. We haven’t heard a lot about the Apple Watch Series 6 just yet, but there are a few details that have been highlighted in rumours.
The Apple Watch Series 6 is said to feature faster performance, better water resistance, and improved wireless transmission for faster WiFi and cellular speeds, improvements introduced through a swap to liquid crystal polymer material for the flexible circuit boards in the device.
Apple is also working on AirTags, a Tile-like Bluetooth tracking device designed to be attached to items like keys and wallets, letting them be tracked right in the Find My app.
There’s no prospective release date for Apple’s AirTags, but given that we’ve been seeing signs of them in iOS 13 for months now, Apple is likely targeting a 2020 launch.
Lastly, Every year in June during the Worldwide Developers Conference, Apple introduces new software for the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Macs.
This year, we’re expecting to see iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7, tvOS 14, and macOS 10.16. Thus far, we haven’t heard any details about what to expect.
