Design and Build
The iPad Air M3 maintains a sleek aluminum design, available in 11-inch and 13-inch models. The 11-inch model measures 247.6 x 178.5 x 6.1 mm and weighs 460g, while the 13-inch model measures 280.6 x 214.9 x 6.1 mm and weighs 617g. Both models feature Touch ID integrated into the top button and support the Magic Keyboard with a 14-key function row and larger trackpad.
Display
The 11-inch model offers a 2360 x 1640 resolution at 264 ppi with 500 nits brightness, while the 13-inch model provides a 2732 x 2048 resolution at 264 ppi with 600 nits brightness. Both displays support True Tone, P3 wide color, are fully laminated, and have an anti-reflective coating. They are compatible with Apple Pencil Pro and Apple Pencil (USB-C), including hover functionality.
Performance
Powered by the Apple M3 chip, the iPad Air M3 features an 8-core CPU (4 performance and 4 efficiency cores), a 9-core GPU with hardware-accelerated ray tracing, and a 16-core Neural Engine. It includes 8GB of RAM and supports hardware-accelerated 8K HEVC, 4K H.264, ProRes, and ProRes RAW video encoding and decoding.
Camera System
The rear camera is a 12MP wide lens with an f/1.8 aperture, digital zoom up to 5x, Smart HDR 4, and supports 4K video recording at up to 60 fps. The front-facing camera is a 12MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.4 aperture, supporting Center Stage, Smart HDR 4, and 1080p video recording at up to 60 fps.
Battery and Charging
The iPad Air M3 offers up to 10 hours of battery life for web browsing or video playback. It charges via a USB-C connector and includes a 20W USB-C power adapter in the box.
Connectivity and Features
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and optional 5G for cellular models. The device supports Apple Intelligence features, enhancing productivity and user experience. It also includes a USB-C port for charging and accessories, and supports the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro.
Audio
The iPad Air M3 features stereo speakers and dual microphones, providing clear audio for media consumption and video calls.

Available in Space Gray, Starlight, Blue, and Purple, the iPad Air M3 comes in storage options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Both 11-inch and 13-inch models are available with Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi + Cellular configurations.
